The company is headquartered in St Joseph, Michigan with its principal brokerage business in Berrien, Cass, Van Buren and Allegan counties. 2000 South State Street, LLC is our real estate development business with 2 projects currently being implemented in the city of St Joseph and the township of St Joseph, Michigan respectively.

The 2000 S. State Street project is a development that will contain 9 single family town homes. The units will range from 1800-2200 square feet in size and will be all similar in architecture and color. This development is located in the City of St Joseph, Michigan and rests on the old Chapin Hall property.

The Niles Road project is a development that will contain 7 single family homes in the Township of St Joseph, Michigan. These homes will range from 2800-4300 square feet and wil all be similar in architecture and color. All units in this development will have a view of the St. Joseph River and 3 units will rest near the St. Joseph River.

We also have a 5100 square foot house on a canal being constructed on Northeast 73rd Street in Boca Raton, Florida.
